About

My Story
I have a Master’s in Counseling with a concentration in Marriage, Family, and Children Therapy. I graduated in 2014 from the University of Phoenix. I also have a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, licensed in the states of South Carolina (2024) and California (2020). I have experience with working with those who have suffered from Conduct Disorder, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Schizophrenia, Substance Abuse Dependency, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD, ADD), Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Bipolar Disorder (Manic-Depressive Illness), Borderline Personality Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

I am a resident of Bakersfield, California. In 2012, I decided that I wanted to change the way that I serve others so I made the choice to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a firm believer that everyone deserves to be content in their lives and sometimes they need assistance getting back on track to just being in that state. My goal is to serve this community by providing therapeutic services to clients, help with goal-setting, marriage, family, and relationship problems, life transitions, psychological problems, stress management, grief and loss, behavioral/emotional problems, substance abuse/chemical dependency, parenting, communication, and/or life skills and spiritual growth.
